Delete your KinLab account

Before you start Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your reports first, open Settings → Download my data.

1. Delete it in the app

  1. Open KinLab and sign in with Google.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion. You may be asked to sign in again to confirm it is you.

2. Or ask us by email

If you cannot open the app, email rhobustdev@gmail.com from the email address of your KinLab account. We will confirm the account is yours and delete it.

3. What gets deleted

  • Your KinLab account and profile
  • Your family profiles (the people whose reports you keep)
  • All your reports: values, dates, names and notes
  • Any doctor links you created, and the shared copies behind them
  • Your consent record
  • Any issue reports you sent about incorrectly read results

These are deleted from our cloud storage. KinLab never keeps report photos or PDFs, so there are none to delete. Residual copies in Google's systems are removed on Google's standard deletion schedule. Your Google account itself is not affected.
